Belgian Session Ale
Petite Finale is our Belgian Session Beer. Modeled after the Trappist “singles” or “table beers” that monks would drink with meals in the monastaries, this light crisp ale has a subtle fruitiness and a medium body with a punch of spice-leaning hops with just a hint of lemon. Pale in color with a bit of malt backbone but a crisp finish, this is a great beer to go with almost any meal, but we especially love it with some street tacos or a good burger.
The bottled version is the same beer as you get on draft, however we don’t filter the bottled version, and we bottle condition it to a slightly higher carbonation level than you get on draft as well. This helps give a lighter mouthfeel and increases the hop aromas and esters if you pour the bottles out into a glass.
Malts – Pilsner, Wheat, Vienna, C20
Hops – Sorachi Ace, Saaz
