One of our one-off seasonals, our lead brewer Moxie channeled his time spent in the UK to bring us this extremely authentic take on an English-style Ordinary Bitter. Bitters were the ancestors of today’s American Pale Ales, but had more of a malty backbone and used flavorful English Yeasts to complement the spice and herbal English Hops. We stay true to this history resulting in an amber colored beer which brings the malts to the forefront but finishes with a clean bitterness that clears your palate and transports you across the pond with every sip.
